These terms govern orders placed through this website by consumers in Cyprus. The shop is English-only and sells in euros. We do not currently sell to businesses under a separate B2B agreement, and we do not deliver outside Cyprus.

By placing an order you confirm that you are able to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not order.

We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you place it. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.

We sell new physical products only. Each configuration is listed as a separate product, and the product page describes the model, configuration and specifications you are buying.

Product images are illustrative. The images in this demo catalogue are generated studio representations, not manufacturer photographs, and may not show every detail of the product, its packaging or its accessories. Colours can vary between screens. The written description and specification on the product page take priority over an image.

We show stock as in stock, low stock or out of stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you before taking any further step and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

All prices are shown in euros and include Cyprus VAT at the standard rate of 19%. Delivery is free on every order. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.

If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or clerical error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. We will contact you first and explain the correct price so you can decide whether to order again.

We accept card payment through JCC only. Payment is made on JCC's hosted payment page after you place the order. We do not offer cash on delivery, bank transfer or payment on account, and we do not accept card details by email or phone.

The order is submitted for payment when you complete the JCC page. If payment is declined, no order is formed. If a payment is captured but you do not receive an order confirmation, contact us with the payment reference and we will investigate.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending the order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order because of stock, a pricing error, a failed payment or a suspected fraudulent transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount paid to the card used for the original payment. We will tell you why the order was cancelled.

You can ask us to cancel or change an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with the order number. Once the order is with the carrier, the returns process applies.

Delivery is free within Cyprus through GAP AKIS Express or BOX NOW, as chosen at checkout. We estimate 1–3 business days; remote areas can take a little longer. The carrier may contact you to arrange the final delivery details.

You must give a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number the carrier can use. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to that address. Our Delivery and shipping page explains failed deliveries and damaged or lost parcels.

• Delivery and shipping

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase. You pay return shipping unless the product is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

All products carry the 2-year legal warranty under Cyprus and EU consumer law, plus any manufacturer warranty supplied with the product. Contact us before arranging a repair or returning faulty goods. Accidental damage, misuse and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

Our Returns and refunds page sets out the process in full. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

• Returns and refunds

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or repairs carried out by someone other than us or an authorised repairer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law. If a product is faulty, your remedies are set by law and by any manufacturer warranty.

The iSell&Fix name, logo, site design, copy and the images we create are owned by us. Product names, brands and any manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. Product images are illustrative; the demo catalogue uses generated studio representations, and they may not show every detail of the actual product, its packaging or its accessories. You may use the site for personal shopping; you may not copy, scrape or reuse its content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. Those policies explain the data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and your rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where the law allows it.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most questions about an order, delivery or return can be resolved quickly by email.
